What you get

  • Stages and risers

Stage decks in custom sizes and heights, with stairs, ramps and skirting, sized to your program and your room.

  • Drape and backdrops

Pipe and drape, stage backdrops and wall drape to hide service doors and frame the stage, lit to match your event.

  • Truss and overhead rigging

Truss and chain motors to hang lights, speakers and screens, only from rigging points the venue has approved.

  • Stage layouts and renderings

Scaled drawings of the stage and room layout before the event, and 3D renderings so you can see the room before it's built.

  • Coordinated with the venue

Weight, power and load-in times planned with the venue's staff ahead of time, so setup runs on schedule.

  • Safe teardown

Everything taken down safely and packed out on the venue's schedule.

Planned before anything arrives

A good stage starts on paper. We look at your program, the room and the venue’s rules, then send a layout drawing showing the stage, screens, speakers and seating. For bigger productions, a 3D rendering shows you the finished room before load-in.

Rigging only where the venue approves

Anything hung over an audience is planned in advance: we calculate the weight, share the plan with the venue, and hang only from points they’ve approved, using rated hardware and safety cables.

A stage that fits your room

From a low riser for a panel to a large stage with drape, stairs and screens, we build to the size and height your program and room need, and finish it so it looks like it belongs there.

FAQ

Common questions

How do you make sure overhead rigging is safe?

We calculate the weight of everything we hang and send the plan to the venue for approval. We only hang from approved rigging points, use rated motors and hardware with safety cables, and inspect everything before the show and at teardown.

How big should our stage be?

It depends on how many people are on stage at once, whether there's a podium, panel or band, and the room's ceiling height. Tell us your program and we'll recommend a size and height, with a drawing for you and the venue.

Can we see the stage before the event?

Yes. We can send scaled layout drawings, and 3D renderings for bigger productions, so you and the venue can approve the setup in advance.

Ready to plan it?

Tell us the date, venue and what you have in mind. We'll follow up within one business day with recommendations and a quote.
