What's included

What you get

  • Stage and presenter lighting

Even, flattering light on the stage so presenters are easy to see, look natural on camera and photograph well.

  • Uplighting and drape

Color washes on walls, columns and drape in your brand colors, from one accent color to a full room look.

  • Moving lights and effects

Moving lights for walk-ons, award moments and dance floors, plus effects like haze and cold sparks when the moment calls for it.

  • Lighting for cameras

Light levels and color set for recording and live streaming, so video doesn't look dark or washed out.

  • Programmed ahead of time

Cues programmed before the event and run by our technician, so the look changes with your agenda.

  • Room looks for every part of the night

A brighter look for the program, a warmer look for dinner and a dance-floor look for the party, all from the same rig.

Lighting is what makes a ballroom feel like your event

A hotel ballroom with the house lights up looks like every other event. Add color on the walls, a lit stage and a few well-timed looks, and it feels like your event.

We start with the stage, because presenters need to be seen and look good on camera. Then we light the room around your brand and the tone of the evening: a bright, clean look for the program, warmer light for dinner, and movement for awards, walk-ons and the dance floor.

Planned with the venue

Lighting positions, power and any effects like haze or cold sparks are planned with the venue ahead of time, so load-in is smooth and nothing surprises the venue staff on the day.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you match our brand colors?

Yes. Send us your brand colors or style guide and we'll match the uplighting and stage looks as closely as LED fixtures allow, and show you on site before guests arrive.

Do we need special lighting if the event is being recorded?

Yes. Cameras need more even light than the eye does, especially on faces. We light the stage for the cameras so presenters don't look dark or washed out on video.

Can you use cold sparks or haze at our venue?

Often, but every venue has its own rules. We check with the venue before the event and only plan effects they've approved.

Ready to plan it?
