What's included

What you get

  • LED video walls

Bright, seamless LED walls that stay readable with the house lights up and look clean on camera.

  • Projection and screens

Projectors and screens in the right size for the room, often the better value for meeting rooms and breakouts.

  • Screens sized to your room

Screen size and placement chosen so every seat can read your slides, including the back row.

  • Live camera on screen

Presenters shown live on the screens in large rooms, so the whole audience can see faces and expressions.

  • An operator on cue

A technician switches slides, videos and camera feeds on cue and builds side-by-side layouts when you need them.

  • Presenter monitors

Confidence monitors at the stage so presenters can see their slides, notes and time without turning around.

Screens the whole room can read

The most common screen problem at events is simple: the screen is too small, too dim or in the wrong place, and half the audience can’t read the slides. We size and place screens for your room and seating, so everyone can see.

LED walls when they’re worth it

An LED wall stays bright and vivid with the house lights up, looks clean on camera, and can be built in widths and shapes a projection screen can’t match. For a keynote stage, a gala with lots of video, or a room with windows, it’s often worth it. For a breakout or a meeting room, projection usually gives you the same result for less, and we’ll say so.

Content that fits

We send you the exact screen dimensions early, load your slides and videos during setup and test them on the real screens, so layout problems get fixed before the audience arrives.

Planning Tool

What pixel pitch does your room need?

Enter how far the front row and back row sit from the screen. We'll suggest a pitch and a screen size using the same rules of thumb our crew starts from.

Pitch
2.5mm
Screen size
24 × 13.5 ft
Resolution
2,926 × 1,646 px

A 2.5mm wall looks smooth from your front row and suits most hotel ballrooms. Go to 1.9mm if the wall will be shot close up on camera.

How it's worked out: about 8 ft of viewing distance per millimeter of pitch, screen height of about the back-row distance ÷ 6 so slide text stays readable, shown at 16:9. Ceiling height, rigging points and your camera plan can change the answer, so we confirm it on a site visit or from your floor plan.

FAQ

Common questions

LED wall or projection: which do we need?

LED walls are brighter and look better on camera, which matters in big rooms, rooms with daylight and events being streamed. Projection is often the better value for meeting rooms and breakouts. We'll recommend whichever fits your room and budget.

What pixel pitch should our LED wall be?

The closer your audience sits, the finer the pitch needs to be. A common rule of thumb is about 8 feet of viewing distance per millimeter of pitch, so a 2.5mm wall looks smooth from roughly 20 feet back. We'll size it to your room.

What size should our slides be?

It depends on the screen. LED walls are rarely 16:9, so we send you the exact dimensions early and test your slides and videos on the actual screen during setup.
