Terms of Service

General terms for event production, equipment rental and AV installation work by Audio Visual Solutions Inc.

1. Scope of Services

Audio Visual Solutions Inc. provides event production, equipment rental, technical labor and permanent AV installation ("Services"). The scope, location, equipment and schedule for each job are set out in its quote, service order or installation contract.

2. Reservations & Deposits

We hold your date and equipment once we receive a signed agreement and a 50% deposit. The balance is due before load-in unless Net 30 terms have been approved in writing.

3. Site Access, Power & Rigging

The client is responsible for providing venue access for load-in, setup and teardown, adequate electrical power, and rigging points that meet safety requirements for overhead equipment.

4. Care of Rental Equipment

Rental equipment remains the property of Audio Visual Solutions Inc. The client is responsible for protecting it from loss, damage, theft or tampering at the venue during the rental period.

5. Events Beyond Our Control

Neither party is liable for delays or cancellations caused by severe weather, power outages, government orders or other events beyond reasonable control.
