Conference, summit, press conference and gala production across the capital region, from our location near Dupont Circle.
Audio Visual Solutions has a Washington, DC location on Q Street near Dupont Circle. From there our crews produce conferences, association meetings, summits, press conferences and galas across DC, Northern Virginia and suburban Maryland. DC events often mean tight load-in windows, strict venue rules and a lot of livestreamed or recorded content, and we plan for all three: clear audio for speakers and panels, camera-friendly stage lighting, LED walls or projection, and multi-camera recording or streaming.
