One crew for the whole show
A convention or trade show is really several events at once: a general session, a theater on the expo floor, breakouts running on their own schedules and exhibitors who need screens working before doors open. Splitting them across vendors means more hand-offs and more places for things to go wrong.
We plan every stage together and run them from one run of show. At Broadband Nation Expo, that meant the general session, the expo hall theater, three breakout stages and exhibitor tech for 1,500 attendees, all handled by our crew.
Planned with the venue, early
Big halls come with rules: rigging approvals, power orders, freight windows and union labor. We work those out with the convention center or hotel well before move-in, so load-in goes to plan and the show opens on time.
