What's included

What you get

  • Slides that read clearly

Bright projection or LED screens sized so charts, data tables and imaging are legible from the last row, with content tested on the actual screens before doors open.

  • Every question heard

Panel and lectern microphones plus audience mics for Q&A, mixed so faculty and attendees are clear in the room, on the recording and on the stream.

  • Faculty support

Presentations collected and checked ahead of time, confidence monitors, session timers and a technician at the tech table keeping a packed agenda on schedule.

  • Private streams and recordings

Registration-only webinars and private streams for remote attendees, and session recordings delivered to you, not posted publicly.

  • Multi-room programs

General sessions, breakouts and poster or exhibit areas covered by one crew working from one run of show.

  • Repeat programs, same crew

Annual symposiums and education days run with the same team year after year, so your setup, speakers and preferences carry over.

AV that keeps the focus on the content

Medical and pharmaceutical meetings are dense: data-heavy slides, tight agendas, panels with several faculty, and audience questions that matter as much as the presentations. The AV has to make all of it easy to see and hear, then get out of the way.

We size screens so charts and imaging are readable from every seat, put microphones where the questions come from, and keep a technician at the tech table for the whole program. Our clients include Jefferson Health, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Penn Medicine’s Abramson Cancer Center and pharmacy and life sciences organizations across the region and beyond.

Built for programs that come back every year

Many of our medical clients run the same symposium or education day every year. We keep the setup, the speaker notes and the lessons from last time, so each year starts where the last one left off. For Abramson Cancer Center, that’s more than 100 shows over about 20 years; for the AMCP Northeast Affiliate, it’s every Day of Education they’ve held.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you keep streams and recordings private?

Yes. We run registration-only webinars and private streams, and recordings are delivered to you directly rather than posted anywhere. If your compliance team has rules about what can be recorded or shown, we build the plan around them.

Our faculty send slides at the last minute. Can you handle that?

Yes. We set a deadline for presentations, check everything on the actual screens, and keep a technician at the tech table to load late changes between sessions so speakers aren't fumbling with laptops.

Do you work at hospital and university venues as well as hotels?

Yes. We work in hotel ballrooms, conference centers, hospital auditoriums and campus venues, and we coordinate with the venue's facilities and IT staff before load-in.

Ready to plan it?

Tell us the date, venue and what you have in mind. We'll follow up within one business day with recommendations and a quote.
