What's included

What you get

  • Speakers sized to the room

A speaker system chosen and placed for your room's size and shape, so speech is clear in the back row without being loud in the front.

  • Wireless microphones that stay clear

Handheld, lapel and headset mics, with frequencies scanned and assigned at the venue before the event so they don't drop out or pick up interference.

  • An engineer at the mixer

A dedicated audio engineer runs the mix for the entire program, bringing each presenter up on cue and keeping levels right as speakers change.

  • Panels and Q&A

Table and audience microphones for panels and questions, mixed so every voice is heard in the room and on any recording or stream.

  • Music and entertainment

Enough power and the right setup for walk-on music, award stingers, bands and DJs at galas and receptions.

  • Recording and stream feeds

Separate audio feeds for recording, live streaming, press and hearing-assistance systems when you need them.

Clear speech is the whole point

At most meetings and conferences, the audience is there to hear people talk. If they can’t understand the speaker, nothing else matters: not the lighting, not the screens, not the stage.

We plan the sound around your room and your program. That means choosing speakers for the room’s size and shape, placing them so the sound reaches every seat evenly, and keeping microphones away from the speakers so there’s no feedback.

The mix follows your program

During the event, our engineer follows your run of show: bringing up each presenter’s microphone as they walk on, balancing a panel of four voices, playing walk-on music and award stingers on cue, and adjusting as the room fills and gets louder.

FAQ

Common questions

How do you keep wireless microphones from cutting out?

Before doors open we scan the venue's radio spectrum and assign a clear frequency to every microphone, with backups ready. Antennas get a clear line of sight to the stage, and an engineer watches every mic during the show.

Can we use the hotel's built-in speakers?

For a small meeting, sometimes. For presentations, panels or anything recorded or streamed, ceiling speakers usually aren't clear enough. We'll tell you honestly which your event needs.

Do you provide an audio engineer, or just equipment?

For events we produce, an engineer runs the mix for the whole program. For smaller rentals, see our AV rental page.
