Beloved St. John Evangelistic Church celebrated its pastor’s 30th anniversary with a banquet at the Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue on November 1, 2026. With 450 guests in the ballroom, a 40-person choir and a 4-piece band, the night needed sound that could handle live music as well as speeches.

Mixing a choir and a band live

We provided the sound system and mixed the show live, balancing the 40-person choir and the 4-piece band for the room.

Screens for a room of 450

Two screens carried the anniversary graphics and the program. A PTZ camera fed IMAG, so guests at the far tables could see the program up close on the screens.
