Our headquarters. We produce meetings, conferences and galas across the Philadelphia region, and install AV in offices, schools and civic buildings.
Audio Visual Solutions is an AV and event production company headquartered in King of Prussia, so this is where we work most. Our crews handle sound, lighting, LED walls, projection, staging, recording and live streaming for corporate events, conferences, fundraisers and galas throughout Montgomery County and the Main Line, including events at country clubs across the surrounding counties and in New Jersey. Past local work includes PeopleShare's Xpert Café, where we produced Tim Tebow's keynote for more than 600 guests at the Sheraton Valley Forge. We also install permanent AV in conference rooms, boardrooms, classrooms and council chambers across the region.

Before you sign the venue contract, ask in writing whether outside AV is allowed and what fees apply. Once you book us, we coordinate power, rigging and load-in directly with the venue's staff.
