Fighting Back Scholarship Achievement Night, Valley Forge

The Fighting Back Scholarship Program helps people recovering from life-changing injuries, illnesses and disabilities, funding exercise-based rehabilitation through scholarships. Each spring it brings supporters, honorees and caregivers together for its Achievement Night at the Sheraton Valley Forge in King of Prussia.

We’ve produced Achievement Night three years in a row, in 2024, 2025 and 2026. The 2026 event on April 22, the program’s 32nd, was a sold-out evening with about 600 guests.

What we provided

We set the ballroom with two large projection screens on either side of the stage, so every table had a clear view of the program, the honoree videos and the speakers. A sound array covered the room for the speeches and award presentations.

Stage lighting kept the speakers and honorees well lit for the room and the camera, and uplighting on the ballroom columns and walls carried the event’s colors through the space. We also supplied the stage backdrop.

Streamed for supporters who couldn’t attend

The evening was also streamed live to Fighting Back’s YouTube channel, so family, friends and supporters who couldn’t be in the ballroom could watch the honorees being recognized.
