What's included

What you get

  • A program that runs on time

Walk-on music, video packages, speakers and award moments cued from one run of show by our crew.

  • Video that moves people

Screens for tribute videos, sponsor slides and live camera on the speakers, so every table can see.

  • Room lighting

Uplighting and stage looks in your colors, with a different look for the program, dinner and dancing.

  • Sound for speeches and music

Clear speeches over a full room of diners, and the power for a band or DJ when the program ends.

  • Remote supporters

A live stream or remote speakers for supporters who can't attend in person.

  • Country clubs and ballrooms

We work in hotel ballrooms, country clubs and event venues across Philadelphia, the suburbs and New Jersey.

The program is the moment that matters

At a gala, everything builds to the program: the welcome, the honoree, the video that brings the room to tears, the paddle raise. If a microphone cuts out or a video doesn’t play, the moment is lost.

We run the program from one cue sheet, with tested videos, clear speeches and lighting that changes with each part of the night. Then, when the program ends, the same system becomes the party.

In your venue

Hotel ballroom, country club or event space, we work out power, load-in and timing with the venue’s staff, and build a look that fits the room and your cause.

Common questions

Do you work at country clubs?

Yes. We've produced events at country clubs across the counties around Philadelphia and in New Jersey, and we coordinate load-in and power with the club's staff.

Can you play our tribute and sponsor videos?

Yes. Send them ahead of time and we'll test them on the actual screens, then play them on cue during the program.

Can supporters who can't attend watch live?

Yes. We can stream the program and bring remote speakers onto the screens. See our live streaming and hybrid events pages.
