Pinnacle Financial Services brought its team together for its 2022 Sales Summit on March 23 and 24 at the Sheraton Valley Forge in King of Prussia. We produced the general session for 350 guests in the room and streamed it to 100 more viewers online.
What we provided
We built the stage and set two large projection screens on either side, framed by silver drape. A sound array covered the ballroom, with a dedicated sound engineer mixing the presenters and a video engineer running the screens and the stream.
The stage lighting was designed for the cameras as well as the room, so presenters looked as good on the recording and the stream as they did in person. Red uplighting ran along the walls and columns of the ballroom, carrying the summit’s red through the whole room. For the big moments, we added cold spark fountains on stage: a fireworks-style effect designed for indoor use.
