Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia brought 500 of its leaders to the Sheraton Valley Forge in King of Prussia on June 23, 2026 for its Strategic Leadership Retreat, themed “One CHOP: Advancing Our Legacy of Excellence.” We produced the AV for the day, from the general session in the ballroom to the vendor area outside it.
Seen and heard from every seat
At the stage, dual projection screens driven by 10,000-lumen projectors carried the presentations. A line array with subwoofers covered the full ballroom. With 500 people at rounds, the back tables sit a long way from the stage, so large LED displays down both sides of the room served as follow-along screens, switching between the presentation content and IMAG of the speakers and panels.
Switching, streaming and recording
A 4K camera fed our video production switcher, where we used SuperSource to build layouts combining speakers and slides on one screen. The keynote went out on a private stream for CHOP team members who couldn’t be in the room. We recorded the program, and the finished video was delivered to CHOP through cloud services within 48 hours of the event.
The vendor area, run from the same booth
Outside the general session, a large LED display in the vendor area ran its own separate content, managed from our tech booth alongside the main show.
