The Order of AHEPA held its 104th Supreme Convention in Philadelphia from July 26 to 31, 2026, at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown. The timing was deliberate: the convention coincided with the 250th anniversary of the United States, and America 250 ran through the week’s program. About 600 members of the AHEPA Family attended.
What we provided
We set up the general session ballroom with dual projection screens on either side of the stage, carrying the convention’s America 250 graphics, speakers and presentations. A speaker array with subwoofers covered the room.
Uplighting, room lighting and stage lighting gave the ballroom its look and kept speakers well lit for the room and the camera.
Recorded and streamed
A 4K camera recorded the sessions and fed IMAG to the screens, so every table could see the stage up close. Viewers who couldn’t be in the room watched through a private Zoom webinar that we created, set up and managed for the convention.
